1)Peel one corner of the protecting paper carefully, and then remove it from the centre. Be sure not to begin from one side, otherwise the flock will be carried off with adhesive film from the base paper |

2)Make target design by computers. Switch on the cutting plotter and try
the pressure of tool in the first step. The tool should just cut the adhesive film which is on the surface of paper. Set the speed according to the size of your design. For example, set the speed faster (at 50-75) for a large design, and at 25 definitely for a small one. lower speed cutting is very important! |

3)Peel off the unwanted part carefully. Don¡¯t peel off forcefully
because the tool may fail to cut the turning point as it turning around.
In this case, cut the joint by a small knife or scissor. ¡¡ |

4)Cut the design in square outline. ¡¡ |

5)The 4 edges of paper (white area) must be cut out, if the white edge transferred on shirt, the base paper can not be peeled. |

5)Little more heavy pressure of the heat-press-machine. Under a high
pressure, the glue may go through the flock to the base paper with a
result that part of base paper stick to the flock. Kindly adviced that
try the pressure first until the base paper is easily removed. Set the
temperature at 175¡æ(347F) and the time in 20 seconds The temperature & time is not absolute ,You should adjust on actual status. |

6)Remove shirt from press, wait the temperature low to home temperature,
Cold-Peel the base paper: peel the paper slowly when it cools off
completely. A wanted design or characters will be on the printing stock completely. |

7)After peeled all of the base paper, place the shire on press, cover
Teflon sheet, transfer it again at same temperature, 10S. the letter and
fabric will be combined very well. |
