1) The 2 CDs (A,B) come with plotter
first insert A (Artcut or Artcut2005), it will run. after installed, click Artcut software icon
there will ask you insert a CD, now, insert B CD, there are keyword in B CD, after read B CD, Artcut program will run.
Don't lose both of the CDs.
2)Open Artcut, set Device "HENGXING HX-720"
2) Set output port, COM2 is USB output
3) If this is first time use plotter, recommend installing ball pen  & regular paper test.
Now, you click "Start" the plotter should be working.

 Serial Port (COM1)set
1) Contact PC & plotter by serial line, remove USB line, if the two lines connected, plotter does not working!

Set serial is very simple. just set COM1, do not care "Device Manager" on system.
