1)Edit the image that you want to press on the plate by Photoshop, CorelDraw…. image software.

2) Using Epson printer & sublimation ink (recommend C88+, 4-color printer & sublimation ink system).

Mirror print your design on sublimation transfer paper.

3)When printing, pay attention that the image printed and the image pressed on the plate are mirrored images.

4)Dry the image with drier.

Then it will turn to the operation of pressing image on the plate.

5)Install two attachments for pressing plate on the machine.

6)Adjust the pressure. Put a plate on the base board first, press the handle down to try the pressure, both too tight and too loose can influence the quality of finished product. Adjust the pressure by turning the knob of the pole.

7)Set temperature: 180-200C.   Set time: 50 seconds

Note: The thermometer shows the centigrade degree. The temperature & time set is not absolute, you should try first, cause of the thickness of plate, other factors can be effected the quality.

8)Warm plate using hairdryer. Cold plate is easy broken when heating.

Lift the handle and place a plate.
Cut transfer paper as circle shape, then put on plate (face down), place Teflon on top. Press handle. Turn on.
!!! Only handle down to press plate, then turn power on!!!

9)After reach 100C, turn off, wait 60 second, then turn on, when reach 200C, Switch on the green button active timer

Until hearing the buzzer, switch off the green button and lift the handle.

10)Turn off the power first, then take out the plate,  and the whole operation is finished.

1) First, Edit the image that you want to press on the mug by computer, which should be designed according to the size of mug. (Eg. 11OZ mug can be pressed with an image of 8.5cm height, 3.35inch and 20cm width, 8 inch. The heating mat of this machine is 12cm height, 4.72inch. )

2)You must use sublimation ink and print the image on the sublimation paper by using printer.

3)When printing, pay attention that the image printed and the image pressed on the plate are mirrored images (Or we can say their left-to-right directions are opposite).

4)Dry the image with drier.

5)Shear the image according to the mug size, put it straight and attach to the mug. Then stick to the mug by two sides with the high temperature special adhesive tape.(If  using the normal adhesive tape, after heating, it will be hard to clear the adhesive cement that sticks to the mug.) Prepare to put them into the machine.

6)First, install two accessories for pressing mug on the machine.

7)Adjust the pressure. Put an empty mug into the heat resistance mat first, press the handle down to try the pressure, both too tight and too loose can influence the quality. Especially, too tight can influence the life of heating resistance mat. You can adjust the pressure by turning the knob of the pole setting until to the right pressure.

8)Set the temperature and time.
Temperature: 170C - 190C.
Time: 50 seconds.
You may try the best temperature & time.

9) Cover the Teflon sheet on the mug with image,

Put the a mug into the machine and press the handle down. Connect the power.
Press the red button and turn on the machine

After reaching set temperature. turn on the green button.

4) Until hearing the buzzer, turn off the green button and lift the handle.

!!! Only handle down to press mug, then turn power on!!!

10)Turn off  power first, then take out the mug,  and the whole operation is finished.

2)Print the image on the special T-shirt transfer paper by printer. (Here we introduce the method of pressing light color textiles, and the dark ones please see……)

3)When printing, please pay attention that the image printed and the image printed on cap are mirrored images. (Or we can say their left-to-right directions are opposite).

4)Dry the image with drier.

5)First, install two accessories for pressing cap on the machine. Place cap on the bottom board and adjust pressure. Press the handle down to try pressure, too tight or too loose can influence the product quality. You can adjust the pressure by turning the knob of the pole setting until to the right pressure.

6)Set the temperature and time

Temperature: 190C

Time: 10 seconds

(Note: The thermometer shows the degree centigrade)

7)  First, lift the handle, screw off the knob and turn the head to another side. Place the cap on the bottom board and fit the position pressed well according to the image size.

 Make the image direct to the cap, and place it rightly on cap. Then cover the Teflon sheet

8)Connect the power.

Press the red button and turn on the machine.

Turn the head back above the bottom board and align them. Then tighten the knob.

9)When reaching 190C, the machine will sound “ka,ka”

Press the green button and press the handle down at the same time.

When hearing the buzzer, turn off the green button and lift the handle.

10)Screw off the knob and turn the head to another side. Side.

Remove the Teflon sheet

Peel the mount of T-shirt transfer paper lightly while still hot

11)Turn off the power and the whole operation is finished.

1)First, edit the image you want to press on T-shirt by computer, which should be designed according to the size of T-shirt.

2) Print the image on the special T-shirt transfer paper by printer. (This demo shows light inkjet transfer)

3)When printing, please pay attention that the image printed and the image printed on T-shirt are mirrored images. (Or we can say their left-to-right directions are opposite).

4)Dry the image with drier.

5)First, install two accessories for flat press on the machine.

Adjust pressure. Press the handle down to try pressure, too tight or too loose can influence the product quality. You can adjust the pressure by turning the knob of the pole setting until to the right pressure.

6)Set the temperature and time

Temperature: 190C.Time: 20 seconds. heavy pressure.

7)First screw off the knob and turn the head to another side. Place the T-shirt on the bottom board and fit the position pressed well according to the image size.

8)Make the T-shirt transfer paper with image face down  the T-shirt, and place it rightly on T-shirt.

9)Cover the Teflon sheet.

Connect the power.

Press the red button turn on the machine.

10)When reaching 190C, the machine will sound “ka,ka”
press the handle.

11) Press the green button and press the handle down at the same time.

When hearing the buzzer, turn off the green button and lift the handle.

12) Screw off the knob and turn the head to another side.

 Remove the Teflon sheet

 Peel the mount of T-shirt transfer paper lightly while still hot.

13)Take out the T-shirt, turn off the power and the whole operation is finished.
